Refund policy

At Gimme, your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a 30‑day satisfaction guarantee on eligible products.


1. Return Eligibility

To qualify for a refund:

  • The product was purchased directly from gimme.com.
  • The return request is made within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • The item is unopened, unused, and in its original sealed condition.
  • The guarantee is valid for one use per product per order.

For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for opened, used, or tampered items.


2. How to Request a Refund

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A brief reason for your return

Once we receive your return request:

  1. We’ll review your eligibility and provide instructions.
  2. After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we’ll notify you of the approval status.
  3. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
  4. Please allow an additional 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

3. Subscription Orders

We do not offer refunds on subscription orders that have already been processed and shipped.
You may manage your subscription (pause, skip, delay, or cancel) through your customer portal before the next billing date to avoid charges.


4. Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

  • Email us within 7 days of delivery
  • Include your order number and photos of the issue

We’ll review your claim and work with you to resolve it promptly.


5. EU / International Rights (If Applicable)

Customers in regions with specific consumer protection laws (such as the EU) may have additional rights, such as a 14‑day cancellation period after delivery. These rights apply in accordance with local regulations and do not affect standard return conditions.
