Cancellation policy
Thank you for choosing a subscription with Gimme. This Subscription Policy explains how recurring orders, billing, cancellations, and related service terms work when you subscribe through our website.
1. Subscription Agreement
When you sign up for a subscription, you authorize Gimme to charge your chosen payment method on a recurring basis at the interval you selected at checkout (for example, every 30, 60, or 90 days). This recurring billing continues until you cancel the subscription.
By subscribing, you agree that:
- You are entering into a recurring billing agreement.
- Your payment method will be charged automatically on each billing date.
- It is your responsibility to cancel or modify the subscription before the next billing date if you do not wish to be charged.
2. How to Cancel
You may cancel your subscription at any time, for any reason, at no extra cost. There are no cancellation fees or minimum commitments beyond preventing further charges.
To cancel, you may:
- Self‑manage: Log into your customer account on gimme.com and cancel your subscription directly.
- Email Request: Send a cancellation request to support.gimme@gmail.com with your name and order number.
Once your cancellation is processed, you will receive a confirmation email. Cancellations are not complete until you have received that email.
3. Effect of Cancellation
After cancellation:
- No future subscription orders will be processed or shipped.
- No additional charges will be applied to your payment method.
- Your subscription discounts or perks may expire upon cancellation.
- Cancellation does not refund orders already processed or shipped prior to cancellation — standard refund rules apply.
4. Subscription Changes
Through your customer account, you may also:
- Pause your subscription for a set period
- Skip an upcoming order
- Delay or reschedule your next delivery
- Change delivery frequency
- Update products or quantities
- Update payment or shipping information
These changes take effect immediately once saved in your account.
5. Billing & Charges
Your next billing date is based on the date of your initial subscription purchase and is visible in your account dashboard.
To avoid a charge, you must cancel or modify your subscription before 00:00 (your local time) on the next billing date. Charges processed on or after the billing date are deemed authorized and are not refundable under this Subscription Policy.
6. Failed Payments
If a scheduled subscription payment fails (for example, due to an expired card), we will notify you by email. You can update your payment method in your account. Repeated payment failures may result in automatic suspension of your subscription.
7. Refunds on Subscription Orders
We generally do not offer refunds on subscription orders that have already been processed and shipped. Exceptions may apply if:
- The product arrives defective or damaged (according to our Refund Policy).
- A subscription charge occurs after your confirmed cancellation (with proof).
- You’re exercising a local statutory right of withdrawal (where applicable).
8. Consumer Rights (Where Applicable)
Depending on your location and local consumer protection laws (such as within the EU), you may have specific rights to cancel or withdraw from your first subscription order within a statutory period. These rights remain valid alongside this policy.
